60-Day Return Policy

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we offer a 60-day return policy for your peace of mind:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
    • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Change of Mind Returns:

    • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 60 days, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
    • A refund, exchange, or store credit will be offered based on your preference.
    • Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

    • If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us immediately.
    • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty Claims:
    • If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
    • Depending on the assessment, we may repair, replace, or refund the product.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

To make a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@elexi.com.au. Provide the following details:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return or description of the fault
  • Photos of the product, if applicable

  • This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the ACL.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
