At Elexi, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. We are based in and ship all Australian orders from our Sydney, NSW warehouse via Australia Post.
Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day if placed before 10 am AEST.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 4–6 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days
Once your order is placed, our team will carefully pick and pack your items. Please allow 12 to 72 hours for this process. Orders are dispatched in full when all items are ready, including pre-orders or backordered items.
Note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Process
Once your package is handed over to Australia Post, it is in the care of their network. While we cannot control any unforeseen delays, we’re happy to assist in resolving any issues with the courier. Rest assured, we will always work to resolve delivery concerns promptly.
Important Notes
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Changes cannot be made once an order is prepared for shipment.
- For incorrect or incomplete addresses resulting in a returned package, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be retrieved or refunded.
Suspected Fraudulent Orders: Orders flagged for review may experience delays or cancellations.
